Return policy
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the lantern.
Cooling-off period and returning
You have the right to return your order, without any reason, within 14 days. In this period you can have a look at and test the lantern as you when you were shopping.
The cooling-off period ends after 14 days beginning at:
- the delivery date of the lantern.
You can use your right to return by simply:
- send us an email.
You can send the lantern only if it is:
- complete
- in the - as far as reasonably possible - original state.
Refund
A refund will be issued, excluding the shipping costs. Refunds are issued against the same method of payment you used to pay the original order.
If you use our return portal, we will take care of the return shipping costs.
Exchange
If you want to exchange the lantern, just let us know which one you prefer. Return you unwanted lantern within the cooling-off period. If you use our return portal, we will take care of the return shipping costs. For the new order you will have to pay the additional shipping costs.
